The hand crafted beauty that is the Pastor pocket knife by Pallarès Solsona is known as the "Sunday Knife". It's especially light and opens and closes without a spring or lock, yet is very stable and safe. This traditional design has served its purpose for a few hundred years already and it's still going strong. The traditional sage leaf shaped blade is made out excellently tempered CX65 carbon steel and the elegant handle is made out of olivewood, a durable wood type full of character.
