The straight Classic series has a different shape from its rounded counterpart, wich makes for a more conventional knife, rather than the typical Catalan shape. Apart from that, these knives are also very popular and feature a similar look, excellently tempered carbon steel (stainless steel optional) with convex grind, and tough and durable boxwood handles. Just as the rounded version, they are proof that a good knife doesn't need to be expensive.
