The straight Classic series has a different shape from its rounded counterpart, wich makes for a more conventional knife, rather than the typical Catalan shape. Apart from that, these knives are also very popular and feature a similar look, excellently tempered carbon steel (stainless steel optional) with convex grind, and tough and durable handles. Just as the rounded version, they are proof that a good knife doesn't need to be expensive.
This model features a 10,5cm CX65 carbon steel or stainless steel blade and 9cm handle, with a total length of 20cm.
In addition to the traditional boxwood, the Classic series is now also available with a beautiful and lively olivewood handle.
