The rounded Classic series is Pallarès Solsona's biggest eye catcher, with the nakiri model being very different from the regular rounded and straight models. This knife features a mostly straight (aside from the slightly rounded base and tip) edge blade made out of excellently tempered CX65 carbon steel with convex grind, and a tough and durable boxwood handle.
